Every year since its inception, Saideh has been invited to speak
at the Honorable Congressman Elijah Cummings' Annual Youth Leadership Conference where notable celebrities and business leaders participate to share their experiences and pour directly into the lives of young people.
On August 22, 2009, her mother lost a courageous two-year battle with ovarian cancer. Saideh began blogging about the warning signs, symptoms, holistic and other treatment options of this quiet killer and her blog became a hit. With the support of her online community, she founded the National Women's Cancer Alliance Inc. to raise awareness about reproductive cancers, particularly ovarian; and teaches women how to become their own health advocate.
Saideh is extremely proud of her numerous media appearances,
as well as all of her honors and achievements. She is an active member of St. Peter Sounds of Praise and serves as its Director of Development, Public Affairs and Planning. Additionally, Saideh is the Vice President of the Board for Horizon Health Center in New Jersey and chairs the Development Committee for its Family Success Center and an alumni committee member of Little Red/Elisabeth Irwin in New York.
She and her family reside in the New York metro area.
